Public Service Company of Oklahoma All-Source RFP

 

Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO), an AEP company, is seeking a combination of resources including renewables (wind, solar and battery storage) and thermal (including natural gas) to meet the current and future needs of its 572,000 electric customers in Oklahoma.

Generation resources must provide fully accredited capacity no later than 12/15/2028 and may include but are not limited to:

• Renewables: Including wind, solar, and battery storage.
• Thermals: Including natural gas-fired generation, hydrogen, nuclear and other resources.

Eligible transaction structures include Purchase Sale Agreements (PSA), Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), and Capacity Purchase Agreements (CPA).
